when clicking on the download button, press on the button that is labeled 'ctrl'. this should give you a list of options. 'download the file as...' and that should download it to your computer as an .mp3

I have a Mac, does anybody know how to download it with that, I have tried to click on "ctrl" but still can't figure it out. Have got i on Itunes but when I play it, then it cant. But where there normal is a time of the song, there just stands continued.

what software you use to read from itunes? did you try with another?
If it does not transfer your music on your ipod or mp3 player and retransmits it on the pc from it
or you can compress the file and convert it to mp3 before output to it. Otherwise search on the net mp3 converter
