Johnny Decesare brings many accolades to the success of Poor Boyz. He has taken PBP from a one man band company to what it is today a driven, creative, innovative crew that dedicates each season to capturing the highest level of skiing today. Johnny has many strengths, a few of the great ones are: his endless amounts of positive energy that he supplies to the PBP crew, his ability to bring the right people together for the right job, a master surfer and his strong loyalty to his long time partners, athletes and industry associates. Johnny even has time to dominate the Windsurfing scene as well!
